How to Get Rid of PCMTuner PCMFlash Update Message?

As we know, only PCMTuner tool can be updated normally, but pcmflash software cannot be updated online directly, otherwise the device will be damaged. The PCMTuner newest software is V1.26, and the PCMflash current software is V1.20. Here share a method which is offered by PCMTuner user to get rid of pcm-flash software update.

 

This is the update message we want to disable.

“PCM-FLASH: An updated version was found on the server, would you like to download build 1.2.5 released on 2022-02-20”

The solution:

Activate the firewall.

Go to windows settings>> firewall settings>> Advanced settings>> Inbound Rules

Create a new rule

Select the pcmflash.exe destination folder

Block the connection

Repeat the same operation for the Outbound Rules
