KT200, FC200 and PCMTuner are professional and cost-effective ECU Programmers. Which one is better to choose is depending on what is the main purpose of your buy.
CG FC200 ECU programmer is better for BMW ISN reading, modifying and cloning. But it only can for some BMW because most of MEDC17 need adaption of OTP and password or immo transfer for successful cloning.
For chip tuning, both KT200 and PCMTuner are good choices.
