Which tool can read and write DSG gearbox data for VAG DQ200/DQ250 (02E)?

Here recommend Godiag GT107 ECU IMMO kit, Kess V2, PCMTuner, Tactrix Openport 2.0 and CG FC200, which have been tested and confirmed all work well for VAG by eobdtool.co.uk engineer.

 

GODIAG GT107 ECU IMMO Kit is a DSG gearbox connection adapter. It’s compatible with PCMTuner, Kess V2, PCMFlash, KTMBench, Tactrix Openport 2.0 for DSG Gearbox ECU clone, diagnosis and repair.

 

1.Godiag GT107+ Kess V2

  • Read DQ250 Data (with subtitles)

  • Read DQ200 data

Operation:

  • Connect Godiag GT107 to gearbox ECU DQ250, DQ200
  • Connect Godiag ECU IMMO Prog AD and connect vehicle battery or 12v 3A power supply.
  • Connect kessv2 device, and press down the GT107’s switch to make it in “Manual” ignition mode.
  • Connect the PCMTuner Dongle to the computer
  • Open pcmflash software to select the corresponding ECU model to perform identification and data reading.

2.Godiag GT107+ PCMTuner

  • Read DQ250 (02E) gearbox

  • Read DQ200 OAM DSG gearbox (with subtitles)

Operation:

  • Connect Godiag GT107 to the gearbox ECU DQ250, DQ200
  • Connect Godiag GT105 ECU IMMO Prog AD and connect 12V 2A DC power supply
  • The GODIAG GT107 analog ignition switch is in “Auto” mode if it is not pressed, and it is in “Manual” mode if it is pressed down (Note: Please select the corresponding mode in the software for data reading)
  • Connect PCMTuner ECU programmer
  • Connect the PCMTuner Dongle to the computer
  • Open pcmflash software to select the corresponding ECU model to perform identification and data reading.

 

3.Godiag GT107+PCMTuner Dongle+ Tactrix Openport 2.0

  • Read VW DQ250 gearbox

Connect Godiag GT105 and GT107

Connect GT105 and Tactrix Openport 2.0

Connect GT107 and gearbox

Connect to computer and plug the dongle

Note: this VW DSG DQ250 gearbox is CAN protocol, you need to press the 120 ohm button.

Install Openport 2.0 J2534 Drivers Setup

Run pcmflash 1.2.0 software to identify and read DQ250 data

Interface select J2534: Tactrix Inc.- OperPort 2.0 J2534 ISO/CAN/VPW/PWM

ECU module:

58 VAG: DQ250E/F/MQB Boot (EEPROM),

58 VAG: DQ250E/F/MQB Boot (MICRO)

4.CG FC200 ECU Programmer

Read VW DQ250 EEPROM FLASH Data

Connect CG FC200, DQ250 Gearbox and computer correctly

Select Volkswagen (VW)

Enter DQ250 ECU type to search quickly

Select the corresponding ECU display on the screen

Tap platform

Identify ECU

Read EXT_DFLASH data

Read PFLASH data
