Dimsport The Genius continues to expand its ECU programming capabilities with new Bench solutions for modern heavy-duty and BMW Group engine management systems.
The latest update introduces Bench access to Bosch ECM4 ECUs used on several heavy-duty platforms, as well as a new Bosch MDG1 Bench solution for BMW and MINI. These additions provide calibration specialists with a more direct and non-invasive way to access and program supported ECUs.
Bosch ECM4 Bench Solution for Heavy-Duty Vehicles
The Bosch ECM4 Bench solution is now available through The Genius, bringing Bench access to modern heavy-duty applications.

- Mack: Anthem, Pinnacle
With The Genius, supported Bosch ECM4 ECUs can be unlocked and accessed in Bench mode, making ECU programming more convenient without requiring the ECU to be opened.
The Genius is a stand-alone tool. A PC is only required when sending files, helping keep the overall workflow simple and efficient.

New Bosch MDG1 Bench Solution for BMW and MINI
Dimsport has also expanded its Bosch MDG1 coverage with a new Bench solution for selected BMW and MINI engine control units.
Using The Genius, technicians can access ECU content and perform programming directly in Bench mode, without opening the ECU.
