How to Boot Glitch Unlock 2020 Encrypted MD1CS089 ECU with CG FC200?
This article explains how to Boot Glitch Unlock a 2020.06+ encrypted Bosch MD1CS089 ECU using the CG FC200 ECU Programmer.
For encrypted BMW B48/B58 MDG1 ECUs, CG FC200 can unlock the ECU directly in Bench Mode with the dedicated DB15 cable.
For other encrypted ECUs, an additional Boot Glitch DME Unlock Adapter is required to complete the unlocking process.
ECU Example: 2022 Isuzu Bosch MD1CS089
Tools Required:
CG FC200
CG DME Unlock Boot Glitch Adapter
CG New DB15 Cable
Select the Locked Bosch MD1CS089 TC299 Isuzu ECU.
Check the wiring diagram and connect the ECU correctly before programming.
Remove the ECU and carefully disassemble the unit. Then locate and remove the specified resistor.
Connect ECU with new DB15 cable.

Connect the new DB15 cable to the DME Lock Adapter and FC200.
Connect a 12V power supply to the FC200 programmer.
Identify & Unlock ECU.
