How to clone Mercedes Benz M112 Engine ECU with Ktag
One customer shared his experience about Ktag ECU programmer. He used Ktag to read and write Micro, Flash and eeprom on Mercedes Benz M112 engine ECU successfully.
Here is his operation process.
Connect the Ktag and Benz M112 engine according to the pinout in the ktag software V2.23
Pin 5/3, 5/9 (red): +12V
Pin 5/7 (black): Ground
Pin 4/29 (yellow): K- Line
Soldered wire (gray with alligator clip): BOOT
He has backed up the original data.
Then run Ktag software and select engine ECU type
Version: E240 2400 V6
Type: M112E24
Fuel: Petrol
Year: 1997
ECU: BOSCH ME2.8
Mode: BOOT ST
Agree to enter the operation interface
Read the new data (micro+ ext flash+ eeprom) and save the file separately
After reading, select the original data to write in
