Read Write MB Vito ECD17CP10 with Ktag
Want to do EGR off but not sure how to read and write this ECU: Mercedes Vito EDC17CP10.
A 642 900 85 00
Q03 CR6p.31 6ZYL.
What I understand I have to use Kess or Ktag for this but I have very little experience in boot mode or tricore mode.
Looking at the pictures I have found I’m not sure on the pinout.
And when I look in K-suite I get several different options and protocols for EDC17CP10.
Read edc17cp10 from Mb w212 with Ktag:
On bench, connect Ktag with edc17cp10 and the LED BDM Frame and the computer.
Please make sure a stable voltage.
Open Ktag software and select the corresponding manufacture, model, version, type etc.
Read Bosch EDC17 ECUS warnings, notice, operation tips and pinout, then click on “Ok”.
Select 182 Bosch EDC17 CP10 IPROM TC1796 Mercedes (P182).
Click on “Read” to backup.
Alright, after reading successfully, tried to write it.
